We operate as a fully virtual law firm based in North Carolina. We do not maintain a public office and do not receive walk-in visitors. Most matters are handled by video conference, telephone, and secure electronic document exchange. In-person meetings are available by advance appointment at professional meeting locations we arrange and, where a client's health, mobility, or circumstances require it, at the client's home or care facility.
Our contact and inquiry forms are provided to allow prospective clients to make initial contact with the Firm. You agree not to use this website or our forms to transmit spam, malicious code, or defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content, or to attempt to gain unaughroized access to our systems, our platform providers' systems, or another person's information.
